Hey friends and bloggers!
Happy Friday! I don’t know about you guys but I am so ready for the weekend! My boyfriend and I are going snowboarding tomorrow so I cannot wait to get up to the mountains. Not to mention this weekend is going to be perfect since it is supposed to snow today. I absolutely love snowboarding and it seems the older I get the less time I have to go. So basically when I can fit it in to my schedule I try to go.
On another subject… what do you guys think about Herbalife? If anyone has tried it or knows some information about it please comment with your thoughts. My brother is unhappy with his weight and he wants to get in shape. So he asked for my help and I suggested doing the shakes from Herbalife to help him loose the initial weight and once it is off he can tone. I want to lose a little more just so I look great in a bikini so I told him I would do it with him.
I think when you have a buddy to lose weight with it makes the process easier and you can motivate one another. So my suggestion to you if you guys are trying to lose weight or trying to get in shape find a buddy to do it with you. Then you can motivate each other and keep each other on track.
Also if you can try to find friends or family to work out with…do that. Sometimes when you work out on your own you may not be exercising to your full potential. For example my mom and I run a lot together and when we run together we almost compete. This keeps are pace faster, we run farther and burn more calories. If you don’t have someone to work out with make sure you are keeping track of your time. For me I use the app on my iPhone called Irunner… this keeps track of my time, distance and calories I burn and every time I run I try to beat the previous time.
